We provide comprehensive modernization of customer tanks used for storing petroleum products, water, and other liquids, installing modern heating systems such as fire tubes with burners from leading European manufacturers, electric heating elements (TENs) of various capacities, and coils for thermal oil heating. We also provide tank insulation. Modernization improves operating efficiency, reduces energy and fuel consumption, and extends the service life of the equipment.
Bitumen modification tanks are specialized equipment designed for heating, mixing, and introducing polymer additives into bitumen.
We modernize existing bitumen tanks for the modification process by installing mixers, heating systems (fire tubes, electric heaters, thermal oil coils), thermal insulation, and process automation. The upgraded tanks ensure uniform heating, stable temperature, and high-quality mixing of components to produce premium-grade modified bitumen.

Bitumen Emulsion Plant
The emulsion plant with a specially designed Vimpo emulsion mill is available in capacities ranging from 4 to 20 tons per hour. Thanks to flow meters installed on each component feed line, precise dosing and consistent adherence to the mixture recipe are ensured.
The design avoids the use of storage hoppers, allowing the system to be integrated into a containerized format, providing mobility, quick transportation, and fast installation without additional construction work.
The plant is delivered fully ready for operation, enabling use in field conditions, construction sites, and temporary production facilities.
VIMPO Plant for Producing Polymer-Modified Bitumen
The VIMPO plant for producing polymer-modified bitumen is designed in a containerized format, ensuring easy transportation and rapid on-site installation.
For high-quality polymer-modified bitumen, perfect dispersion of the polymer in bitumen is critical. Thanks to the three-stage VIMPO colloid mill and two mixing tanks, the plant provides high productivity and uniformity of the final product.
The control system is fully automated, with a manual mode option for technological flexibility and maintenance purposes.
The plant range includes capacities of 10 / 15 / 20 tons per hour, allowing selection of the optimal configuration according to production needs.
High efficiency in polymer “cutting” is achieved through a specially designed in-house mill. The adjustable mill gap allows adaptation of the modification process to different formulations and types of polymers.
The equipment design includes a special mixing system and blade geometry, preventing polymer buildup in dead zones of the tanks, eliminating clogging risks, and ensuring process stability.
The VIMPO colloid mill can optionally be equipped with a water-cooled seal system, increasing seal lifespan and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the plant under high thermal loads.
VIMPO Asphalt Thermobox is a modern and efficient solution for storing and transporting hot asphalt concrete over long distances from the asphalt plant. The equipment ensures stable maintenance of the required working temperature, guaranteeing optimal material condition for subsequent paving.
The thermobox features high-performance thermal insulation, a reliable heating system, and a well-designed structure that ensures ease and safety of operation under field conditions.

Bitumen Melting Systems
Bitumen melting (decanting) machines are essential equipment in the construction industry, designed to facilitate the conversion of solid bitumen into liquid form. This is crucial, as bitumen, being a highly viscous semi-solid material, cannot be used in its solid state.
A bitumen melting machine is designed to heat solid bitumen to a temperature of 140–160°C, enabling its transformation into liquid form. Once liquefied, the bitumen can be transferred to a storage tank or directly to a hot-mix asphalt plant for use in road construction projects.
