Our team successfully implemented a project to install an industrial limestone dryer. The equipment is designed for continuous drying of raw materials in order to increase the efficiency of subsequent technological processes. The dryer is made of high-quality steel, mounted on a sturdy frame and equipped with loading and unloading units. The design ensures uniform heat distribution, which allows achieving stable humidity of the finished product. The ORTECO machine is actively used by our team in the implementation of infrastructure projects throughout Ukraine. It provides high productivity, accuracy and stability of work on various types of soils. Thanks to ORTECO, we effectively drive metal piles for bridges, retaining walls and foundations, guaranteeing reliability and speed of construction.

We manufacture air heating elements (heaters) in welded sleeves with a power range of 12–24 kW for heating bitumen, emulsions, and water. We select the length and number of elements based on the tank volume and required temperature. The heaters are made of stainless or carbon steel and are mounted through a flange or threaded connection. We ensure reliable heating, overheating protection, and an individual approach to each project.

We manufacture filtration sleeves made of high-temperature material NOMEX 500 for use in asphalt plants such as ABZ-185, ABZ-168, ABZ-201, ABZ-20667, Benninghoven, and others. NOMEX 500 material provides excellent thermal resistance (continuous working temperature up to 200–220°C, short-term up to 240°C), outstanding fire resistance, and a long service life in aggressive environments. The sleeves are custom-made according to the client's requirements: the required diameter, length, and type of attachment. The products are designed for use in aspiration systems, filters, and drying units where reliable filtration at high temperatures is needed. We guarantee the quality of the material, precision of manufacture, and compliance with modern industrial standards.

We manufacture coils made of black and stainless steel for heating bitumen, bitumen emulsion, water with high pH, and other aggressive environments. Operating temperature up to 240°C, pressure up to 10 atm. Designed for installation in vertical and horizontal bitumen drums and other containers. Custom-made according to the client's specifications, taking into account operational requirements and temperature conditions. We ensure high corrosion resistance and effective heat transfer.

Shipped the VT-50-12-4T tank (50 m³, road transport dimensions) to our regular client. In-house production, equipped with an electric heating system (heating elements), with short manufacturing lead times. The technical department provides equipment customization according to the client’s individual requirements.
